My main interest is painting from life studies and 'twisting' the results to produce something slightly more surreal and otherworldly. I enjoy painting directly from nature - the shapes of leaves, the colours of skin, the forms of animals etc.
More recently, I have begun developing my work in illustration, with a view to producing a range of cards, and eventually illustrating a children's book I am working on.
